Processing Error

When uploading an image to process line art, I encountered a Processing Error: Failed to process image. Is there a way for me to see the source of the error?

Will not let me register or send me a magic link

I’v been trying for nearly half an hour to get this thing to send me a magic link but it simply will not let me sign up/create an account/sign in. Very frustrating. Platform looks good but it’s no good if I can’t get to use it. Little help please?

System freezes during line art generation

I have been attempting to generate line art by uploading an image, but the process freezes before completion. I have tried this three times with the same result. Could you let me know if this is likely caused by my PC's hardware specifications?

Hello, I encountered an error while using AI Line Art. An error message appeared saying: “An error occurred. Please check the browser console.” Although the image was not generated, my credits were consumed.

Not able to sign in

I can’t create an account with my email adress. The link that gets send to my email just puts me back to the same sign in window and after clicking on sign in with email I get an error message.

Larges sillhouette in Flat Generator Illustration

I keep getting a large silhouette of a person in my flat generator. No matter how I type no people, no person, etc. Wasting credits. What is the exact wording I need to type to make sure the illustration is created without a person?

Undo button reverts AI edits (and can't be redone)

In the editing interface, the undo button in the “Color” section also undoes the paid AI edits. Generally that would be ok, but then that change can’t be reverted with the redo button. I had to repeat the edit and spend again credits. Note: I can’t change the type of this post, so it’s listed as a feature request, but it’s really a bug report.

Editing of saved illustrations

Hey, I’m generally very happy with the tool. Great value for the money. I like how it lets me edit certain parts through AI after generation. I would like to be able to go back to previous illustrations that I have saved in My Illustrations and keep editing them with AI.
